Il cerchio è una delle forme più difficili da tradurre in pelle: il taglio richiede precisione millimetrica e non ammette correzioni. Le pences sono modellate a mano una ad una, la gilettatura è fatta dentro e fuori perché i bordi restino morbidi, le cuciture sono rifinite a mano. All’interno, una fodera serigrafata a mano: un dettaglio intimo, pensato solo per chi la porta.
What you don’t see.
The circle is one of the hardest shapes to translate into leather: the cut demands millimetre precision and leaves no room for correction. The darts are shaped by hand one by one, the edges are skived inside and out so they stay soft, and the stitching is finished by hand. Inside, a hand screen-printed lining: an intimate detail, meant only for the one who wears it.
